Moringa University

Service Description

I specialize in Moringa cultivation, sickle cell awareness, and food justice. I also work with the Center for Global Food Justice, where I help turn real community experiences into learning tools that support growth and equity. My team trained with UC Davis through a California agriculture grant. This training helped us teach new farmers from communities affected by racism. We learned key skills in nutrition, soil health, permaculture, vermiculture, growing and processing Moringa, marketing, urban farming, and food security. This work has made us trusted Moringa experts in our region. I now offer consulting for organizations that want support in food justice, community education, Moringa training, and culturally grounded program design.
